Your gallery is full of uncredited pictures. If it was reviewed, half of your stuff would be deleted.

You have to credit every outside image you use. If you do that, all your things will be good to go as long as you're not using copyrighted images. Officially released game art and stock photos are fine to use. For other images, you have to ask permission from the artist.
