i know theres a ton of vector gods on this site, can you give me some tips since im new to the style.

That first part was an extremely false statement. Second thing, vector isn't a style, its an image type. I'll leave it at that so nobody attacks me for clarifying.

I'd say that it looks decent, though there should be a little more detail here and there. I think that the blades of the helicopters should show motion somewhat. I also think you should take off the pattern.

Needs some more detail, the sun looks a little fake and flat looking, i'd tone the pattern down, and like Jack said, make it look like the blades are moving, maybe duplicate it and smudge it around? But put those on a low opacity, and it may work, or use some filters like blur or something...
