I don't really care for the skin color it seems off, and you need to work on your detail and flow abit. some of the shapes just seem randomly put on there and don't flow with the rest of the piece. Also try to redo the hand, I always have a hard time with them myself but that finger is kind of of freakish. =p.

Over all is not bad though I guess. Like I said just work on your detail A bit, just because its a vector doesn't mean it can't have depth you know? =)
