i agree pen is hard to get used to, best advice i can give you for PS drawing is to stay waya from lineart like that... only for guides and stuff. Use hard brush and shapes for everything else... ilearned that the hard way.

Not bad, but you seem really unsure of your strokes, be decisive, take big strokes without feeling bad about them.
