just made using filters and pencil tool nothing to complicated got it from a tut and changed it quit alot from the tut i am happy with it are you?

About the work, too monotone, use a wider variety of colours, and the misty text looks a bit odd, the position of it in the work looks weird, i'd move it more to the center of the peice and move it to the top or bottom, or into one of the bottom corners, and for a full size piece it is too small
