National Sig League.

Basically where you battle other people in "sig" competitions. I think (correct me if im wrong) other members vote, so basically if you aren&#39;t well known there, and have a sig thats just a little better than theirs, you will loose just because of popularity. Also, when someone posts a decent tutorial, everyone will start making sigs that way, and it will get whored there, then trickle down through gfx forums like it has here. << my opinion, dont flame.
