I've noticed a considerable lack of 3DSM useage in signatures and designs, so I thought I'd get it and see what comes up. After a few days, I decided I'd model my workspace, and make a large piece and a signature out of it. This project is called 'Where the Magic Happens'.
At current, I've modelled my desk, my computer, my keyboard, my mouse and mouse pad, various stationary, and my lovely lava lamp, so I figured I'd make a demo kind of 'coming soon' signature for the final piece and I'd like to show you what I've come up with so far.
Below, shows my progress on the project in chronological order.

Please note, that is my actual desktop, like my background? Haha. Also, I'd like to point out that I skipped a few rendered shots in order to avoid your pure boredom and drainage of bandwidth haha. Below is the sig I made from all this.

Everything above made by myself, objects rendered in 3DSM and the BG brushed in Photoshop with defaults. About 50 hours work in this, critique greatly appreciated, and thanks for your time, Tredici.
