Hmmm, I dunno... I can imagine it being full of spyware and stuff, and people using it to track what sites you visit.

I saw a report about theses web accelerators on tech tv. They said that all they do is leave out parts of the page, that's how the pages load faster. They showed a page loaded normaly and a page loaded with the web accelerator and there was a very noticable difference.

Yeah, but there still is a problem... Username/passwords are not very safe when using Web Accelerator, thats why google took it offline a couple of months a go. Dont know the details though :S

google gave me viruses and spyware. I am never using a google program again.
