Spluff vs Smudging

I used to use liquify for my backgrounds (Like in mah current), but this was a whole new use for me. I don't think it looks that bad .

Needs more depth though .

yeh your right with a bit more depth but i tink it looks nice, i don't think the BG in the middle of the focal point should have the detail it has

This is a very different from your other work. Cool job, I quite like it. But I don't really like it being purple (that's just me), it doesn't quite bring out the more of the sig imo.
Depth is needed..like you said :P
