Yeah it looks pretty nice. Though as Lumix said the Designs typo needs work and so does the band underneath it, because they both just seemed laid on the box. Also the words on the right look odd. Change the color to white or a different shade of gray and get rid of the oval under the text. Its screwing with the look of the logo so either take it out or find a better way to go about adding it, color, size, etc.
