selecting players

i want to select a player but i cant figure out how. whats the easiest way to select an player?

If you mean layer just select it in your layer box menu on the right

You make a new layer and drag the image to the canvas.

omg dude.... you have to CUT OUT the player MANUALLY... then the canvas (also known as a "background") is what you paste it on to....
