Keyboard Shortcuts for Photoshop CS 8.0

Hi guys. I am only a few days old with Adobe Photoshop. Recently I've encountered a kinda lame problem. I couldn't use keyboard shortcuts like I used to. I could undo (Ctrl + Z), fill background color(Alt + Backspace), and etc. But I can't do any of these now. I mean it's not just these 2.

I asked a friend for help and he told me to go Edit -> Keyboard Shortcuts. The shortcuts were there, but I just couldn't use them.

Can anyone help me out? Thanks a lot, because I can't use Photoshop with a peace of mind right now. Thanks a lot guys!

That&#39;s cause u downloaded a fake version of it.
Real ones are 340MB+ in .rar files.
I got the same problems...cuz i downloaded a 150MB version.
Tried to search for the biggest one in size (except if its .iso cuz thats like 800MB+ :blink:&#33
But if u bought it in a store...then i dunn0 the problem..
Maybe u need to activate them..as illegalx17 says..

ahh bugger, thats what i get when i dont read posts right through. i thuoght the post was asking for what the short cuts are, not that they dont work.

EDIT: Ahh BTW, does the fake versions of Photoshop have any differences with the real versions? I mean, yeah of course lol. But what are the differeneces? Like, would the quality be lower, etc. Thanks again&#33;

BTW I can&#39;t seem to find the real version LoL, its all in like a hundred plus megabytes.
