Goto shapes, rounded recangle, make it over sig, goto Paths, make selection, copy merged, paste in new document, I made a stroke of it, and save as PNG...

I'm diggin' the second one. 1st render I've seen before. And the Ironman joint needs to be blended in just a "little" bit better. Good job on all though.
