If you dont no who gaara is, well its hard to explain any way he can controll sand and has insane power with it, and he was like evil, but he isnt now

Remove the blur, and try to make the render more unified in colour with the background. Also, add some lighting and blend the render more.

Sorry to sound stupid, but i am new, so is there a way to remove th blure or do i have to start again, and wats "unified" mean

Not bad for one of your first.. First you need to blend the render/stock in some more. Take the blur away..also i am not a big fan of the bg and the polar cordinate(whirl pool effect). good job

If you didn't duplicate the layer you blurred i think there is no way to remove it..
