The brightness with the orange and yellow don't flow well. One needs to be a darker shade than the other. And the yellow thing over his shoulder is very pixalated. Maybe work on the text as well.

i actually think v1 looks better o_O
but the dots..(noise?) on v1 makes it looks scratchy. i dunno.
