ok, 20mins of modelling in c4d, 2hrs 45mins of rendering in c4d and 45min making and applieng brushes in ps.
the name came from well, it looks molten yet christmassy because of the stars, yes i am weird
i might revise it in a few days but for the moment, this is it
Molten Christmas
oh and btw, i ahte the brushing it was the render i was concentrating on, no matrix extrudes used
Plain Render
Hope y'all like it

Very nice, the quality seems low, but the render is sweet, what material did you use?
-
Dude, that rocks. I like the star stuff...
-
Its completely homemade cc, and the quality is on full... i made a copy of the render and added a 3% explosion
-
meh, i dont really like the render. i guess im the c4d stickler here. its just. . .it like a matrix extrude. i know you say you didnt use one, but its the same basic outcome. no real detail or anything maybe i can post one of my renders soon now that i got my laptop fixed and then i can show you what i mean.
If you want help...
Screw you
If you make sigs...
Screw you

Nah, doesn't have the same ring to it. A really great render, although, being the magpie I am, I would have probably put some more sparkles down the botton, it gets a little plain and less sparkly there. It does look great though, and I love your choice of colours!
