it looks like you just posted a smaller version of the original and asked how you could make it better...?

you can try darkening the background and bring out the dwarf.
add some nice text.

add effects and lighting. its also very flat. like stud said. To me it just looks like a screen shot from a video game.

Lol im new to photoshop so far I added the crappy sign... and.. well Darkened it A LOT.
