Sharpen the face up a bit, add some emphasis to the eyes
Keep the splattered bits as they are in V2.
The text is leetsauce. Absolutely perfect.
I think the bottom of her hair (the shadowed bit) needs a bit of blending, it feels too heavy in the middle, if you get what I mean.
Lastly, maybe add a low opacity orange splatter to the right, it feels a bit empty in comparison, just don't overdo it
