Hmn, a tut? meh....
Not that hard to do, i used defaut stuff (brushes n shapes).
I can post the smudge settings though...

This is one of those things that only works like once. Sometimes you do great smudging and it looks awesome. I personally don't thing a tut would be super helpful.

Anyway, the sig is awesome. Coloring works, the whole shape of the smudging and the text are all great.
