How do you qualify a Web 2.0 website?
How do you qualify a Web 2.0 website? What are musts in Web 2.0? I ask because I want to build something for the community and it should definitely fall into the Web 2.0 categorization. Thanks in advance.

Well, Web 2.0 is defined by the creation of media by consumers like us. We have the tools to produce content cheaply and effectively now, and the internet became the place to exhibit our work. Thus, the birth of Web 2.0.
Websites like Youtube, WordPress, and GFXVoid are just examples of prime Web 2.0 sites. It's not like you have to meet certain requirements to get on the net, but to be called a true Web 2.0 site, content needs to be created by normal people like us.

That's true to an extent. User-generated content is an important characteristic, but only a facet of a suite of concepts that embody what Web 2.0 actually is.
I would consider a rich user interface, user participation, dynamic content, open source, collective intelligence, and scalability to be characteristics of Web 2.0
