I really like it, except his hand seems a bit strange because it is so bright and I don't really like that blurry brushing near his torso, maybe change that to just a splatter clipping mask, or maybe try and make it smaller.
Cool pen toolin' and NO BLUR!!! Great job!
Not sure about the text, I really like the upside down style but I'm never a fan of serif fonts, just to make me happy try a sans-serif.
Really great job, that is a great one.

PS: Fix the BB Code in your sig it's messed up, you have to complete the [/center] so that it centers it properly.
