Sharpen the render, and try to tone down the effects.
It has some nice depth but a bit chaotic.

I agree, the first part I was drawn to was the white Explosion to the right of the character and it took a while to make sense of the image.

i agree with all of the above tone it down abit and maybe try and blur some parts of the BG so we arent confronted by loads of effects that distracts us from the focal

THe effects are a bit rambuncious. WHile it's great you know how to use it (And the distort can sometimes be a signature saver) you need to learn to erase the parts that don't look good. GO back and minimize the effects by erase what you dislike. ANd then sharpen the render. I think it'll look much betetr when you are finished.

I agree with the above for everything else.
