8/10 for the Wolf, cause it's nicely coloured, quite cute, and the sparkyness suits it nicely. Text could have been smaller so it doesnt distract as much as it does, and the direction of some of the sparkyness could be considered a little off - in the interests of trying to be helpful.

6/10 for the eye cause it's not really my thing. Though fair enough if it's yours so dont take the rating personally. I'd've like to have seen more of what you did other than Crop + Border [no offense] Plus i think it would've been nicer without text at all. Still, overall it looks nice.
