If someone uses a photobucket account to host their images and it's deleted there's a chance the uploader has just put it in a different folder inside their photobucketaccount, delete the name of the image (inspire.jpg in this case) from the image url and u're in his album. Navigate through it to find it. In this case he put it in a folder called 'Tutorials'.
