I don't really like it. I can't figure out what the focal is and it's all a bit blurry

Yeah, it's blurry and can't see it clearly. I can just make out the face in the top right corner behind those effects. It's a bit empty towards the left. For my taste in sigs, it's okay but could be better. Maybe you should see what Ratchet or any other good sig maker could do to it if they had an opportunity to edit it. I dunno. It's your choice :/
