Rofl, on topic - I think the last coloured version is the best. Looks great with the fonts switched around, and now that you've taken my advice and removed that dissolve effect, that debris effect doesn't seem too overused anymore. Yeah, I feel good about that left side too. Like I said before, the emptiness kind of works in this. It puts more emphasis on the flow of that debris effect.

Oh and I just noticed that in the last version, there is a faint outline that goes around his back and...uh...backside.
That is cool, but it does detract from some of the realism, I don't know if that is the topaz or if that was just a mistake, but whatever it is, I think it could be turned down slightly, not completely taken off but just lowered a bit.
