American Idol Finale Covers

I decided to try my hand in making single covers. I thought i would start with the winner's song for american Idol this season. Since the winner is announced tonight i made a cover for both. I tried to match with the artists style. (kris= relaxed and acoustic; adam= intense and glamrock)
I made these in paint.net cuz my comp with photoshop died.

Very blurry looking. Any chance you could fix that?

Yeah, they are blurry. And the purple outer glow on the first one doesn't go in my opinion.
