well yeah trying new things. what needs to be done, etc. I mean more colors, depth, lighting? I dunno I just experimented alot with this one, as I am lately. it's nothing original lols does the right need more?

The one going to the right looks more natural.
Definitely needs more on that left side, but don't clog up the render with too many effects.
Try and get something light and glowing, like some glowing specks or something like that, just so that the render is more in focus.
As you said, it's a WIP, but it does need a bunch of things done, keep posting versions as you go along.
