It's not that bad killa. You've just oversharpened the render, the background is fine. All sharpening does is just gets rid of low quality pieces, it's a hard technique to get right because you either don't do it enough or do it too much. Was the tutorial easy to follow?

yeahh great tut man, the only thing that needs a little more detail is the sharpening and burn but, jus explain how much of its need etc.. and maybe an example of where on the render might need it. Otherwise top notch DC great help mate.

it's a hard technique to get right because you either don't do it enough or do it too much.

Use the unsharp mask filter (Filter > Sharpen > Unsharp mask).
