Text effects are good but it stands out too much. It also doesn't fit the style of the piece itself. Next thing i would do with that one is remove some of the smudging over the hands so it becomes more of an effect than a smudge, edit the text so it blends and looks more part of the background than a focal because that's kinda what it is atm.

With the hands thing thats brushing, was gunna be 1 blue and 1 red glow but the colours fucked up with the rest of the peice so gave it a flowing colour with the rest of the peice and tbh i dont mind the text/brushing
