All of them are bit too vivid. Like the smudging some though. I would go with number three though.

take my advice, dota sigs arnt supposed to be so dark. they should be lively, thats why dota tags are hard

I like third one the most. Smudging is alright and it blends somewhat.
Your text is distracting with the glow, etc. Don't use those and look at Papa's text tutorial.

Try a few tutorials too to get a grasp of colouring as some are over-contrasted and not as appealing as they could be.

I can't really chose one because they are all so dark and hard to see. Your focal points are lost in a sea of blackness in 2, 3, and 5. Do what everyone's saying and follow some tutorials...When I first started my sigs looked like crap, and it's only been 2 months now, and I have noticed a huge difference through the use of tutorials.
