    Nice job, i doubt this would be "twan style" though. Great render. Decent brushing, but you did it a little weird. It looks liek you brushed over it with a flat grunge brush. Also the bg is a little plain for me and the text is too hard to see.

    I only have one grunge set really, and there are only 4 brushes in that. I spread it out on one layer then duplicated and used motion blur to get this effect.
