in the land down under, pie is a meat pie or an apple pie or soe such. but I hear you yanks use the term pie to describe a pizza... which to me is just weird, but then thats america for ya.

so which is it? a Pie (as in a dish trimmed in pastery and a filling cooked in an oven till golden brown) or a pizza (which the best in the world are made in Melbourne, Australia).
