It has a bit of Floating Head syndrome... but it's more of the upper body.
I can't see anything to guide your eyes around the signature. The background effects are good, but there isn't a focal feature.

Love the text, maybe push it up a bit towards the middle. That might actually be enough to tune up the sig.
