Hmm
1st Prob...Sig is 2 big and u have way too much white space.
2nd Prob...You should use a darker color (for sig) or for that type of wind filter
3rd Prob...could use a better text...(impact isnt it)

Your second sig would look ALOT better if u cropped the img RIGHT after ur "cart00n" name.....i say try that and repost it.
