effects are nice, render is hawt. i dont like the way the other part of her on the left isnt B/w, change that. i would get rid of the random colors. text needs work. better lighting as well. also the borders arnt even, one is thicker than the other

I like the feel of it, but the green does feel off. Maybe you should set it to soft light so that it doesn't feel painted on.
The other thing you can attempt is shaping your glows, rather then using a large, soft round brush. By using a smaller brush and tracing key elements, you can create an energy feel to it.

In future it might be helpful to the original poster if you comment a bit more on the artwork rather then stating a bland statement that could be applied to any tag.

Comment on what your likes and dislikes are, what they can do to improve, and what areas don't feel like they are working. By doing this you are helping the person improve and when it comes to you showing off your stuff, they may feel like returning the favour.

The green and the text is bad, and the colour band at the left takes away the focus. Maybe you can set the brushes to soft light and then add some colour to the centre, not the left.
