It's still pretty similar to your other styles. The effects in the corner don't really add anything to the tag, just makes it look messy if I'm honest. The colours are too varied too. I would stick to a maximum of 4 colours, maybe 5. Too many colours are distracting. I would personally move the focal to the right and then have some cool lightning effects coming from Storms hand. The tag overall looks very dull. Some of your adjustment layers are too visible too.
I would suggest trying a couple of the basic tutorials on the Void. Keep trying!
