Where is the soft brush?

Hey guys! I cant find the soft brush... can anyone tell me where it is?

take a hard round brush and reduce the hardness to 0, its a soft brush, a soft brush is a brush with faded edges so if you erase or draw smthing you wont see edges but faded color
