thats the second time i've forgotten that word on this site... fml
ahywho yeah that thing behind his head is over sharpened, and the text is a little to clean compaired to the object of focus which has a watercolor feel to it. and the eyes need a little color burn on them to keep them from being so bright
but i still give it a 9.8/10 cause i like it

some over too sharpened areas.
and the c4d's at the back dont go with the flow.
and the smudge seems a little too bright. IMO. (lol, just knew the meaning)
2. id give it a 6.5/10
nyc concept.
but whats the point in puting bright colors.
in a soldier going to war (he aint gonna be happy).
id suggest put grunge effects. and put some flow in it.
and the guy seemed to just pasted in. blend im a little and add some depth (blur the bg).
Nyc sigs. fix these and ur good to go.

you can blur a stock image. apply image and just go to filter blur blur and erase parts over the soldier.
