Hmm......

Needs Depth, needs blending, needs border improvement, needs Text improvement and Splatter brush improvement.

1. Blur the background parts to add depth so it will focus on your Focal.

2. Try different stuff with the render to make it blend.

3. Use Simple Black Cinematic Border.

4. Use Different Font, Adjust your text and smaller the size. Also Place it somewhere else near the focal
so it won't be distracting and will look good.

5. Either Try Clipping mask as Dark Rain Said or remove the Splatter brush, it's distracting and is getting in the way...
