Logo
I want to make a text type logo but I'm not too sure if I should keep it simple so that it could be intergrated into my future works. Some help would be appreciated.
Should I like use different fonts?

On a side note, "works" shouldn't be the plural of "work", "work" is both singular and plural. I hate how overused that is.
As far as your logo goes, typography is just an aspect of logo design. There are hundreds of collections of "effective logos", you just need to find a way to express your style individually. A good logo doesn't always mean it's going to be effective, so you kind of have to find the median between the two. Here are a few links you should check out:

Yup! In my opinion you should use a little small simple clear font and the coloure should be little shaded.
