Well, I am fairly new to Graphics and I just made this signature.
It took me a while but here is my result:

a bit too monotone, and by that I just mean too much blue goin on. try bringing out some yellows from the render and some whites. The border could be taken out, not really needed, good text placement tho and I can see where your goin with the effects, fixing the colors might help bring the effects out more. Keep goin and try less blue colors on this one, gj.

I agree with Domino. Try implementing contrast if you are having difficutly with color. it helps
