What a misleading title.

Use new brushes, I've seen you use the same ones over and over. If anything great job with the colors, but it's a tad too sharp on other areas, work on giving more attention to your focal by blurring other parts.

This is literally the exact same sig as the 50 Cent but I just wasn't liking the render and I thought it could be made much better with some more detail so I just reposted my final version :P

Practically following the same style of your 50 cent sig. I do think you improved it though. I like the use texture. I do think the colors can use more tweeking and possible contrast. Lightinng needs work on. All I see is a white soft brush blob. The splatter at the bottom are too solid and noticeable. I don't like it. Its an improvement in style. Keep it up!
