Brush Organization

I'm using Photoshop CS4.
I see many people with diferent Brush Organization, either the icons are bigger or by sections, I dunno what is but I see them searching for them efficiently.
Is boring when you have a lot of brushs and than you gotta scroll over to the bottom to get a brush, than scroll up to get another..
Is there any plugin or options to organizate it better?
