Yo there boskeh. It would help the person who is asking for the CnC if you could give more than just:

Try giving him tips on what he should improve on. Don't just point out the bad points. Encouragement goes a long way in a person's growth!

Text needs to go though lol. Use simpler text and a complimentary color to go with it. The composition seems really uninteresting. There is a lack of elements. I like the lighting, you had some going there. work on that some more. I think the smudge at the bottom does not fit however and the element next to the smudge seems random and out of place. Work on your composition! Keep at it!
