Well I was originally going for something drastically different, however as i started to look at the piece .... idk things just seemed to changed lol
The more I continued the more it just came to me and I like the ending results.

I think this may be my best yet since i've got back into gfx

but it felt too contained for me, so i opted out of using one

Meh. Colors could use work. Not bad effects though. Text needs work. Imo you should make your sigs bigger. Then a border won't constrain them and you can add more effects.
