What do you think? not sure if its completely finished, inspired Radillacs piece he made, although mines not as good xD. Everything was done by the pentool

i reckon get rid of the gradient on his robey thing but keep it on his head

Looking good but I think he takes up to much space of the lower part, with his clothes. Try cutting the body of and add a little shape instead, so it's not only chopped off. Like I did, added splatter.

Text can be better and also have a better location.

As Gallagher said lose the border.

I did try the splatter thing you did, but i could find any splatter brushes good enough, or the right style :/
Could you possibly maybe send me the splatters you used?
I was thinking of doing like you did with the three people, but i lacked the patience to sit a draw another two people with the pentool xD But il probably carry on with it later.
And ya, the text was kind of just a space filler too xD

Used some splatters, removed the border and text, also tried it on transparent background

Only suggestion now is to remove the big splatters right under his chin. If you remove them you get a little more depth to it.
