I love the text.
Lighting looks nice as well.
Personally, what you've done around the sig doesn't look that great to me.
It's creative, but I'm not digging it.
The tag looks nice, but you've only created a good background and plopped in the render.
Try to expand more, use your creativity, because I can already tell you are creative and add in things to make it look better.
It's a decent tag, it's just incomplete, imo.

The render is LQ. Not much going on with the sig itself. I would stick with the canvas like your 2nd sig. Its alot cleaner and better looking imo. kiu

I wouldn't recommend doing a softer transparent border like that, tends to look really weird and low quality. Needs more going on, I'd recommend reading more tutorials, figure out some of the basics. Play around more with colors, and adjustment layers, blending, and don't forget that detailing is important. A lot of the time you gotta mask out your own little bits and pieces, details count a lot for tagging. Read some stuff on color theory, and type theory.
