I like the effects, they seem to be perfect. I like how you didnt go overboard on them.
Personally i would have gone for a mix between the two tags. As the colours seems too colourfull for the style, and the B/W seems too dull.

I think it looks better with a bit of colour, i also think that the focal was too clean. So maybe add some sharpness too it. I did in the example above and it looks more detailed and gritty.
