an effect c4d

needed some quick help with this c4d. its an effect c4d but it doesnt have a transparent background. u need to see wut im talking about to be able to understand it. here is a link to the download. take a quick look if u could please. how would i get that black out to just use the c4d part of it? just like take a look at it.

Change the blending mode of it, to lighten, screen, linear dodge, or something along those lines. Just play with your blending modes, and mask off, or erase parts you don't want.
